Noah Halton

National Program Director

Noah Halton serves Juma as the National Program Director and particularly its launch and scale of its new cornerstone workforce development program: YouthConnect. Prior to this role, Noah served as the Director of Learning and Evaluation to Juma for the previous 3 years.
Noah has a Master’s in Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and earned a Corvell Fellowship from his time as a Peace Corps Volunteer on the islands nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Before joining the Peace Corps, Noah also served as an AmeriCorps volunteer with an initiative called Monterey County United for Literacy. Noah earned his B.A. with Honors in Philosophy from Buffalo State College. He considers himself bi-coastal: born in Salinas California but grew up in Northern Virginia and Upstate New York. Noah is passionate about youth development work and the prospects of social enterprises to offer systematically marginalized communities inclusion into the marketplace of ideas and job opportunities.
