The Juma Santa Clara program launched in 2014, providing low-income high school youth with workforce development, financial capability, and educational support for college readiness and career success. Juma partners with hospitality company, Centerplate, to employ over 160 youth at Levi’s Stadium who in 2015, earned an impressive $106,000 in wages.

Our community partners include Eastside College Prep, Department of Family & Children Services, ConXion to Community (CTC), FLY, Bill Wilson Center, Conservation Corps, Sacred Heart Nativity Schools, Downtown College Prep, Breakthrough Silicon Valley, and Silicon Valley Children’s Fund.
