Juma Welcomes Matthew Forsythe and Michael Wagner to National Board of Directors

We are excited to welcome Matthew Forsythe and Michael Wagner to Juma’s National Board of Directors!

Matthew Forsythe is a strategic leader and product management executive with over 15 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. He brings to Juma’s Board of Directors deep expertise spanning diverse sectors including technology, e-commerce, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. Matthew currently serves as Director of Product Management at Google. Before Google, Matthew held leadership roles at Gap Inc., RetailMeNot, Target, Groupon, DaVita, and Eli Lilly. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in Education from Stanford Graduate School of Education, an MSI in Information Economics, Management, and Policy from the University of Michigan School of Information, and a BSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering. 

Michael Wagner is a Managing Director in the Global Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Corporate and Investment Banking group of BofA Securities. Michael joins Juma’s Board of Directors with 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience, having worked at Bank of America Securities and Cowen and Co. His banking background includes M&A financial transactions, debt offerings, loans, and other capital markets financings. Michael holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship with Honors from the University of Arizona.
