Houston Director of Development

Danielle Amoah leads capacity building efforts for Juma Ventures Houston. As Houston’s Director of Development, Danielle connects philanthropist to Juma in an effort to help break the cycle of poverty for Houston’s Opportunity Youth – resilient young people who want to earn their first paycheck, learn to manage their money and gain a connection to promising educational and career pathways.
Danielle believes in the power of work and the power of young people. She feels lucky to be leveraging her matchmaking and strategic relationship building-skills to create a future that affords all young people a fair chance at thriving in an equitable, inclusive, and diverse job market.
Danielle is a proud Houstonian. Outside of the office, Danielle can be caught exploring Houston’s food scene, traveling, volunteering, and breaking a sweat in the gym.
