Director of Marketing
Lucia joined Juma in 2016 tasked with building the marketing function for the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the C.E.N.P, Madrid and prior to joining Juma, Lucia worked in the corporate marketing sector for 20+ years with a focus on advertising to multicultural segments. Throughout her career, she helped launch numerous campaigns for blue-chip clients, including Bank of America, AT&T, Hyundai, Hewlett Packard and The Clorox Company. Lucia’s last post was at OMD, a leading media agency, where she was instrumental in setting up the multicultural vision for the organization and its clients.
Lucia draws great inspiration from the resilience and grit of Juma’s youth who, in the face of adversity, work hard to secure a better future for themselves. She is passionate about building the Juma brand and increasing awareness and support so Juma can continue creating opportunities for young people.
