Juma’s National Board of Director’s Welcomes Andrew Bondale and Terrell Davis

We are excited to welcome Andrew Bondale and Terrell Davis to Juma’s National Board of Directors:

Andrew Bondale recently completed his MBA at Harvard Business School where he served as the Chief Events Officer in student government, organizing events for over 2,000 MBA students and their families aimed at creating an inclusive community. During the previous summer, he worked as a venture capital associate at GGV Capital, evaluating consumer technology opportunities in the United States and Latin America. Before pursuing his MBA, Andrew spent 3.5 years in the Product Management leadership team at Walmart, where he played a key role in launching the Online Grocery business. Additionally, Andrew has experience working as a management consultant with Deloitte, where he advises technology clients on their M&A Transactions.  Andrew has been a volunteer at Juma with the Enterprise Committee since 2020.

Terrell Davis is a highly accomplished Senior Regional Vice President at the TJX Companies and he has been with the company since 1988, initially starting as a part-time hourly associate. Currently, he is responsible for overseeing all Marshalls brand stores in the Western half of the country while leading a team of Regional Vice Presidents, playing a crucial role in driving one-third of the company’s annual revenue. In 2012, Terrell was selected to participate in the prestigious Leaders Developing Leaders program, a global initiative within TJX that allowed him to contribute to the development of TJX Europe’s off-price online platform.  He is a Graduate of the Chicago public school system and attended DeVry University. He later received certification from Cornell University in Executive Leadership, Business Leadership and Proactive Leadership.
