While at Juma, youth gain training and experience, earn an income, build financial capability, set career goals and ultimately, improve their economic well-being. Juma bridges the economic opportunity gap helping youth gain experience that can lead to greater future possibilities.Through partnerships with hospitality companies Levy Restaurant and Aramark, Juma offers year-round employment for youth in our social enterprises at the following venues:
