Seattle Director of Development

Randi Bagley leads Juma Seattle’s individual, corporate and foundation giving programs. An experienced nonprofit fundraiser and writer, she has over 15 years of experience in writing grants, managing individual giving programs, prospect research and content creation.

A Minnesota native who insists she doesn’t have an accent, but probably does, Randi is passionate about creating content and connecting people to the causes they care most about.

Randi holds a BA in History from the University of Montana. When not at work, you can find her exploring places near and far, reading or watching anything created by Ken Burns.
