Volunteer / Seattle

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Juma Seattle! We are currently in need of volunteers for the opportunities below. If you have an interest in supporting us in one of these areas please feel free to reach out to Lainie Farmer at

During the baseball season at T-Mobile Park, there are a handful of daytime games in which we rely on volunteer support to help us staff our enterprise. On these days, volunteers step into the shoes of our youth and become ice cream vendors and baristas for the day. Check out the video below to see what JumaDays is all about!

Volunteer spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Career Tours

As part of our educational support services, Juma exposes youth to different academic and career paths. Help introduce young people to a career pathway that they may have never thought about before by hosting a workplace tour for a group of motivated high school students. During the career tour, youth and volunteers will have the opportunity to connect and discuss experiences within their workplace and how education played a role in their current position.

Session Length: 1.5-3 hours

Volunteers needed: 6-10
