Mason is Juma’s Chief Operating Officer and during his 10 year tenure, he has worked to strengthen Juma’s presence by forging numerous partnerships with various local nonprofits focused on youth development, ensuring the successful implementation of programs, and overseeing social enterprise operations that employ up to 1,000 youth annually.

California Government Contracts Director
Stephen Norris started working in the youth development nonprofit field back in 2009. Stephen began his current role as Juma’s CA Government Contract Director in July of 2022. Prior to that he was Sacramento Director of Development in the summer of 2017, and focused on building up Juma’s presence in Sacramento and providing Sacramento’s opportunity youth with the resources needed to succeed in their chosen career.
